Are you licensed?

We are licensed in the state of Wisconsin to do residential, commercial and agricultural roofing. We are licensed in the state of Illinois to do residential and agricultural roofing.

Do you have a workmanship warranty?

All shingle installations hold a 10-year workmanship warranty. All flat roof/low slope roof installations hold a 5-year workmanship warranty. All repairs hold a 2-year workmanship warranty on repaired areas only. Gutter installations hold a 1-year workmanship warranty.

What do I need to do prior to my roof being replaced?

Prior to our roofing crew coming out, please remove all fragile items inside that are on the walls or on shelves. If you have any lawn ornaments, plants/flowers or vehicles/trailers of any sort outside around the perimeter of your home, please remove those. Please allow room for our dump trailers to be parked as close to the building in which the roof is being replaced.

Do you require a deposit prior to starting?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job. If you are choosing to finance, a deposit is not required if you are financing the full contract amount.
