Once an Ultra Dry Roofing expert has inspected your roof and found damage, you should submit your claim to the insurance company. Call the insurance company to let them know of the damages and file the claim. They will give you a claim number that day. Within a couple of business days, you will get a phone call from the insurance adjuster to schedule an inspection of the house for damages. Your Ultra Dry Roofing contractor will be on-site at the time of inspection to point out the damages and advocate for you. The insurance adjuster will then assess the damages and either: Go back to their office and prepare a report of the scope of the damages and what they are willing to pay and mail a check to you for the down payment, or Give you the loss report and check right then and there - typically when there is a national catastrophe

Once the insurance company agrees to replace the roof, the process is pretty simple. The insurance company will build an estimate for what they feel the scope of work should cost. This determines what they agree to pay aside from your deductible. We agree to do the work for what the insurance company determines the cost should be (Replacement Cost Value), so your only out-of-pocket expense would be your deductible.

If your claim is denied, the contract is then null and void. You are under no obligation to continue with the roofing project. If we believe the denial was in error, we are happy to recommend a public adjuster who can work with you at no cost to get your roof re-inspected and approved.
