Will I Have to Replace My Gutters and Downspouts at the Same Time of Roof Replacement?

Our contractors are equipped with ladder gutter guards to prevent any damage to your pre-existing gutters during the roof replacement process. If you are in need of new gutters, or need your gutters replaced, Roofworks and Construction offers gutter installation or replacement services.

If My Roof Leaks Will I Need a Whole New Roof?

Depending on the extent of the leak, a roof may only need to be repaired. A repair may suffice for a leak coming from the chimney, or a single missing shingle. However, if it is an older roof with several worn spots and/or multiple missing shingles, it will likely need to be replaced. Our project managers at Roofworks and Construction are trained to assess the leak(s) and/or damage and provide you with the best solution.
