Can you bill my insurance directly?

Yes we can, all we require is for you to sign our direction of payment which allows us to bill your insurance directly. Our goal is to save you time and frustration so you can get back to normal life!

How long will the restoration process take?

It depends on the extent of the damage and many other factors. The average water loss takes 2-4 days but can take longer if you have a specialty drying situation IE: Hardwood floors or tile. Depending on the size of the home for a soot loss it can take anywhere from 2-7 days with a crew of 4-5 cleaners.

If I have water damage, how long until mold starts growing?

Depending on the time of year due to heat and humidity, mold can start growing in as little as 48 hours during hot humid months or as long as a month in the dry cold winter. Read more about water damage here.

After water damage, can I open the windows during the drying process since it is warm and humid?

Please keep the windows and doors closed, when they are open it creates an open drying chamber allowing the outside air to interfere with our drying process. Read more about Craftech's water damage restorartion process here.
